Flight Dispatcher Executive (CDC)


Functions

(a) Monitoring daily operations and review On-time Performance report

(b) Lead for OCC stations audit

(c) Providing delay report to HOCC

(d) Securing all important documents

(e) Attending stakeholder meeting on behalf of the company with airport authority when required


Duties & Responsibilities

(a) IOCC relies on the Flight Dispatcher Executive (FDE) to efficiently handle operational matters in addition to carrying out his normal responsibility in station or hub.

(b) FDE and his team will act as a distant arm to IOCC FD/DM to ensure dispatch meets the day-of operations requirement.

(c) Provide essential pre-flight information to FD/DM for the preparation of OFP.

(d) Monitor and assist crew admin for timely crew Hotel-airport transfer.

(e) Timely delivery of OFP and ensure quality of print out and check for ATC flight plan submission and its validity.

(f) Ensure publication officer prepared sufficient (standby) airport charts & RAM charts available at station and update in the cockpit if required.

(g) To issue Flight Irregularity Report (FIR) for flight delay more than 30mins or to highlight issue which requires further attention.

(h) To ensure FOA work closely with crew admin on issuance of GD/Custom Declaration form. Check the accuracy of name list and update of the assigned EOB and Loadmaster.

(i) To formulate an efficient roster system for CDC, to provide a 24-hours shift coverage.

(j) To act as a replacement in the event of FOA goes on leave or MC.

(k) To ensure preservation of Pre-Flight and Post-Flight Document are stored in an acceptable form for easily accessible to authority.

(l) To ensure all VRs are compile and scan to IOCC HQ. Operational issue highlighted in VR shall be escalated timely for corrective action. FDE will act as the PIC to respond operational related issue in station.

(m)To record important information during their shift in the operation log book and to prepare a comprehensive hand over/take over form for continuity of operation watch.

(n) To escalate safety report received crew such as MOR/Bird strike etc to SMS in timely manner.

(o) To ensure preservation of Pre-Flight and Post-Flight document are stored in an acceptable form for easily accessible to authority. Pre-Flight and Post-Flight checklist is sign and acknowledge with complete documents.

(p) Undertake any other duty assigned by HOCC as and when required.
